Delete your account

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

1. Open Acxa and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Re-enter your password to confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

You will be signed out on every device, and a reference ID is shown for your records.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app installed, email us and we will verify and process the request for you.

• Include: the email address registered to the account, and your factory or organisation name if you know it.

We reply from an @acxa.in address to confirm ownership before deleting. Verified requests are completed within 30 days, and normally within a few business days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following are removed immediately:

What is kept, and for how long

Some records are not personal to you and belong to the factory organisation that operates the equipment, so they are not removed by an individual account deletion:

• Machine telemetry, production counts, shift and downtime history. This is factory equipment data owned by your organisation. Deleting your personal account does not delete it. It is kept for limited periods — for example, minute-by-minute history for 30 days, detailed machine events for 90 days, and shift summaries and saved reports for 365 days (see the Privacy Policy) — or until your organisation requests its deletion.
• Subscription, billing and invoice records. These belong to the factory and are kept with its records; tax and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.
• Records of actions our staff took on the factory (for example a reset or a wipe), kept for security and accountability.
• No backup copies. We do not keep separate backup copies, so deleted data cannot be restored. Deleted records may remain in Google's systems for a limited period before Google permanently removes them.

If you are a factory owner or administrator and want the whole organisation's data deleted, say so in your email and we will confirm the request with the account holder before proceeding.
